PLANET EARTH
Here are some fast facts on Planet Earth that you might want to get to know her better,
*Earth spins at about 1,073,203 km per hour - the ultimate speed devil.
*Contrary to popular depiction, our planet is actually shaped like a pumpkin and is getting fatter in the middle as the mountain glaciers melt
*Mount Everest is the highest mountain on earth, but the honour of gigest mountain goes to Hawaii's Mauna Loa
*The Amazon provides about 20 percent of the freshwater that flows into the oceans
*The hottest place ever recorded on earth: El Azizia in Libya, at 57 degrees celcius
*Earth in numbers: 24 time zones, Almost 7,000 languages - about a third have writing systems
*10,000 religions, with various denominations. Around 1.5 million known animal species; of that, nearly 12,000 species are endangered
* Mandarin is the most widely spoken language (over one billion people), followed by English (508 million), Hindustani (497 million) and Spanish (392 million)
*Tropical rainforests are the world's oldest ecosystems; they absorb solar radiation, which helps regulate global warming

LADY FINGER (Kacang Bendi)

This maybe a good remedy to reduce the intake of diabetic medicine. Lady finger helps to reduce the sugar level in your body, this remedy is usefull for diabetic patients. It may not get rid of your diebetes but at least it will help you to control the sugar level in your body.
Take two pieces of Lady Finger (Bendi) and remove/cut both ends of eachpiece. Also put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces inglass of water. Cover the glass and keep it at room temperature duringnight. Early morning, before breakfast simply remove two pieces of ladyfinger (bendi) from the glass and drink that water.
Keep doing it on daily basis. Within two weeks, you will see remarkable results in reduction of your SUGAR.
